Account-Based & Third-Party Services
For services involving third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Voice, Airbnb, LLC formation, EIN processing, or virtual numbers):
• We do not guarantee account lifespan, approval, suspension status, or platform decisions
• No refunds for account bans, restrictions, suspensions, or closures
• No refunds due to policy changes by third-party providers
• Responsibility for platform usage remains with the customer
Delays & External Factors
• Processing times provided are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays caused by government agencies, platforms, verifications, compliance checks, or customer-provided information do not qualify for refunds
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information
• Errors or delays caused by incorrect details do not qualify for refunds
• Additional fees may apply if rework is required due to customer errors
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases where a service cannot be delivered solely due to our fault, a partial refund or service credit may be considered at our discretion. This does not apply to third-party failures or platform restrictions.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Attempting a chargeback after receiving service or credentials is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend support and provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors.
